Easy Protein Cookies Perfect for Kids' Lunches

These protein cookies are simple and great for an after school snack. Whether your children are back in their classroom or in a virtual one, these cookies are healthy for you and for the kiddos. We recommend using our Chocolate Whey, our Unflavored Wheyor our Vegan Protein Powder.

First, make sure the banana is ripe and mash it. Next, pour one cup of oats and mix together. 

 

 

After that you’ll add the peanut butter, cinnamon, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, hemp hearts and almonds. The next step is to  mix in your protein powder. 

Mix all of the ingredients together and use a spoon to help roll the oats into a ball. Lastly you will pace your protein cookies in the oven at 350 for approximately 8-10 minutes.

 

Stir and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes for a healthy snack! 😍 Add honey for a little bit of sweetness!

1 Cup Oats

1 Scoop Vegan or Chocolate Fantastic

1/2 Cup of Cinnamon

1/2 Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Banana

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
