5 Tips for Protecting Your Health During the Covid-19 Outbreak

We at Fantastic Nutrition understand how difficult of a time it’s been for the entire world. The Caronavirus has placed stress on all of us in many unfamiliar ways. Please consider those whom are most at risk (the elderly and those with compromised immune health) and practice good common sense. We wish you all well during this trying time and encourage the safest health practices possible. Here are some ways to maximize your health: 


1.  Skip the Gym, Workout at Home. 

Stay away from the gym the next few weeks and dive into at-home workouts. A few affordable apps we recommend are  30-Day Fitness,  Nike Running App, and Freeletics. YouTube always has thousands of FREE workouts too!



2.  Wash Your Hands Often.

Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds, wipe down all surfaces including your electronics. Don't touch your face if your hands aren't clean.  

 

3.  Work from Home If Possible.

Work from home if your job allows it and practice social distancing for fourteen days if possible. 

 

4.  Eat Healthy and Avoid Binge Eating.

Eat healthy foods when ever possible and avoid binge eating due to stress. Help keep your immunity up by consuming plenty of protein. Whether it’s  whey or vegan protein, it’s important to give your body fuel.
